Our Process
PET bottles are considered polyethene terephthalates, which fall in the same family as polyester fabrics. By recycling PET waste, we produce rPET, followed by recycled fabric, which is good as a virgin polyester fabric.

Cleaning and sanitising plastic water bottles after taking off their labels and caps.

Through innovative technology, melting these bottles into small flakes.

Extruding and melting the flakes on the spinneret machine into long and short fibers.

Spinning fibres into yarns and further into polyester fabric and Anaura.
